Age 89, of the East End, on Thursday, March 14, 2024. Beloved son of the late Hugh C. and Ann (McDonough) Boyle; loving brother of Michael (the late Kay) Boyle, Arthur (Carol) Boyle, Mary Ann Boyle and the late Hugh (surviving wife Claire) Boyle; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Tim was a Central Catholic graduate, Class of '52. He attended Mount Saint Mary's College from 1952-1956. Tim was a clerk in the Office of the City Controller for the City of Pittsburgh from 1956-1957. He proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1957-1959. Tim was the Assistant Minute Clerk in the Orphans Court of Allegheny County in 1959. He attended Duquesne University (night school) where he studied Fundamentals of Real Estate in 1959. Tim attended the University of Pittsburgh (night school) studying Business Enterprise in 1960 and Industrial Real Estate in 1972. From 1960-1965, he worked for the Huss Brothers Real Estate and Insurance Company as a Rental Agent. From 1965-1966, Tim worked at Mellon Bank in the Real Estate Department as a Property Manager. From 1966-1976, he worked for Kelly-Wood Real Estate Company, Inc. as an Associate Broker and Residential and Commercial Sales. From 1976-1986, Tim formed the Tim Boyle Company, specializing in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. In 1987 until his retirement, he worked as an Allegheny County Assessor.

Family and friends are welcomed at the WALTER J. ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 216 44th Street, Lawrenceville, on Monday, March 18, 2024 from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
