Age 86, of Athens, AL, originally from Polish Hill, passed away surrounded by her family on July 3, 2021. Preceded in passing by her loving husband, Richard A. Tully, and children Tina and Daniel. She is survived by her children, Susan (Thomas) Veitch, Jill (Joseph) Labriola and Jaime Tully, Sr. Sylvia was "Nunny" to seven grandchildren, Barbara Costello, Emily (Andrew) Glock, Sandra Costello, Vincent Labriola, Jaime Tully, Jr., Jessica Mysliwiec and Olivia Devine; and great-grandmother to Alexa, Brynlei, Eleanor and Harrison. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Adeline Sanders, and sister to Ruth (Ronald) Rizner and the late Ronald Sanders. Family and friends are welcomed at the WALTER J.
