A member of the Sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth for 72 years, died January 25, 2025 at age 92. A native of Spangler, PA. Sister Delores was a teacher in Parish Schools in Michigan and Pennsylvania. She later held positions at Bon Secour Holy Family Hospital in Altoona, PA as X Ray, Nuclear Medicine Technicians and Transport Aide for 30 years. Sister Delores also served in Community Service in Pittsburgh before retiring to Holy Family Manor.

She is survived by her sisters Charlotte Palmer and Elaine Platko and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother. Family and friends will be received at Holy Family Manor, 301 Nazareth Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15229 on Monday, January 27, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until the Wake Service at 6:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Holy Family Manor Chapel on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth-USA, Inc., 310 N.
