Larry Richards of Erie, PA, Cindy Kolupajlo and Kenny Richards; cherished grandmother of Samantha (Cole) Johnson, Shannon Kolupajlo and Nick (Alyssa) Kolupajlo; soon to be great-grandmother of Baby Kolupajlo; daughter of the late John J. and Alice (Vey) Slattery.
