Age 87, of Shaler Township, on Thursday, July 1, 2021. Beloved wife of the late James J. Augustine, Sr.; loving mother of Colleen (the late Steven) Ross, Sandy (Robert) Koch, James (Linda) Augustine, Jr., Deb (Michael) Michalik and John Augustine; devoted grandmother of Rob (Vanessa), Matt, Michael, John, Ryan, Daniel, Amy, Ellie, Mick, Theo, Chris and Natalie; sister of Catherine Doverspike, Matthew Frketich of Phoenix, AZ, Mary Ann Miller, the late Barbara Jones, Dorothy McGinn and Anna Mae Smith; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Rose was a lifelong member of St. Nicholas Church and was a member of the Holy Rosary Society for 61 years. She was a member of the Mother's Guild. Rose loved all things Pittsburgh. She loved her family, her Croatian heritage, her faith and had a love for baking. Per Rose's request, there will be no visitation. Family and friends are invited to St. Nicholas Church on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for prayers and a Funeral Mass. Interment to follow in St. Nicholas Cemetery.
