Ronald Walter Maszak, 80, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on September 12, 2024. Born on August 16, 1944, he was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

Ron graduated from Central Catholic High School and furthered his education at West Virginia University. He built a distinguished career at Northwood Realty, where he started as a salesman and ascended to the roles of North and West Regional Manager and eventually General Manager.

Beyond his professional life, Ron was deeply involved in his community, particularly with the Boys Club of Lawrenceville, where he learned to swim  at age two. His ability to swim with plates balanced on his head and many other tricks, led to him being featured in film at intermission of the cinema. Ron enjoyed golf and playing cards with friends. His joy for travel was fulfilled through numerous trips with his family. Ron was a talented baseball player and took great pride in coaching his children's teams.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Pauline; his children, Jonathan and Lucas; daughter-in-law Tegan; grandson Xander; and sister Diane. Ron was preceded in death by his father, Walter, and mother, Anne (Krowitz) Maszak.

Ron's presence enriched the lives of those around him, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
