Robert (Rob) William Yagesh Jr., 38, of Denver, Colorado, formerly of Shaler Township, passed away unexpectedly on October 31, 2025.

He will be forever remembered for his unwavering kindness, generosity and his passion for sports and enjoying the outdoors. Rob found great joy in nature from a young age, hunting, fishing, hiking and was often happiest soaking in life's simple pleasures in the sunshine with family and friends.

Rob attended Arizona State University, where he was a dedicated member of the Delta Sigma Phi fraternity, and went on to build a successful career in the oil and gas industry as a Director of Information Technology. He had an immeasurable impact on those around him through his selflessness, heart of gold and unwavering spirit.

Rob could often be found smoking a brisket for a backyard barbecue, listening to country music and watching a game, surrounded by friends, his beloved Goldendoodle Gemi, and his brood of backyard chickens. He found a creative passion in woodwork, where he had an impressive talent crafting intricate pieces of art from scraps of wood and building beautiful pieces of furniture. Rob also loved traveling to see his family and many friends. Whether it was fly-fishing in Wyoming, golfing in Georgia or spending quality time with his cherished nieces and nephews in Arizona, Rob lived life to the fullest and would drop anything to help a loved one in need.

Rob is survived by his devoted parents, Robert and Nancy (Miklaucic) Yagesh; his beloved sister Allison & brother-in law Robert Wilkinson; cherished nephews, Greer and River, and adored nieces, Aspen and Sage, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Amelia & John Yagesh and Mary & Edward Miklaucic.

Funeral services are private.
