Age 65, of Mt. Lebanon, on Sunday, December 15, 2013. Beloved husband of Dolly (Gibala) Rohe; loving father of Adam Rohe and fiancée Aubrey Burke and Madeline (Zachary) Biden; proudest dzia dzia of James Richard and Thomas Joshua Biden; son of the late Charles H. and Florine (Lieb) Rohe; brother of Janice (Roger) Loughrey, Claire (John) Petersen, George Rohe, Gloria (James) Wagner, his twin Robert (Alena) Rohe, Florine and the late William Kelly, John (Catharine) Rohe, William (Shelley) Rohe, Bernard (Maria) Rohe, Charlene (Joseph) Malaskovitz and the late Charles Rohe; also many nieces, nephews and friends. Richard earned his B.S. Degree at Duquesne University and his Masters at George Washington University. He worked for over 35 years as rehabilitation counselor for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. A long family history of union organization and leadership, a member of the PA Social Service Union Local 668, always a believer of worker's rights, and he was elected representative to the union's state wide executive board for 10 years.
