Regis Paul Ritz, 72, of Pittsburgh passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025 with his loving family by his side.

Regis was born on December 21, 1952, in Pittsburgh, to his father Herman and mother Anna.

Regis earned an Architectural Drafting Degree but developed an interest in the medical field where he met Charlotte, his wife of 49 years.

Regis had many passions in life which he loved sharing with his children and grandchildren including fishing, building complete model train displays, animals, sports, movies and music. Regis was known for his quick wit.

Beloved husband to his cherished wife, Charlotte, loving father of Christopher (Anna) Ritz, and Heather (Will) Graczyk. Devoted grandfather to Madalyn Peairs, Ryan Ritz, Hunter Graczyk and Hailey Graczyk.

Regis was most notably defined by his devotion to his family. He was the pillar of strength who passed those traits on to his children. His most treasured moments were when he was surrounded by his family, and that is how he left this earth.

The loving couple lived their lives by the words "come grow old with me, the best is yet to be."
