Age 78 of Kennerdell, formerly of Lawrenceville, on Saturday, July 25, 2026. Beloved wife of 40 years of James Laskowski; loving stepmother of James (Dana) Laskowski, Jr., John (Alexandra Gittens) Laskowski and Tammy (Shane) Osiecki; cherished step-grandma of Cameron, Aiden, Gunner and Emerson; sister of Edward Lukasik and the late Thad Lukasik; also survived by nieces and nephews. 

Pat worked as a secretary for the late Cyril Wecht at the Allegheny County Coroner's Office. She had a deep love for animals, especially her many German Shepherds that she cared for. 

Per Pat's request, there will be no visitation. A private burial will take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
