Nancy was born on February 12th, 1956, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and grew up in Lawrenceville. She graduated from Mt. Alvernia High School in Millvale, PA. She was a generous, loving, and kind mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She had great admiration for her daughters and loved to spoil her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, cooking for her family and friends (especially her famous chicken!), and caring for her beloved animals.
Nancy was always the life of the party, cracking jokes, and never afraid to speak her mind. She will certainly be missed by anyone who was fortunate enough to know her. We know that we cannot have you, but we are happy knowing that the angels have finally got you back. Goodbye to a wonderful woman and a beautiful mother. Watch over us all. Until we meet again.
We will be having a Celebration of Life for Nancy McDonald on August 23rd, 2025, at the Grant Grove at North Park from 2-6pm for anyone who would like to come to pay their respects and enjoy time with all remaining family members. All are welcome!
