Beloved mother of Julie (Michael) Jordan; nana of Zoey and Micaela Jordan; cherished daughter of the late Patrick A. and Mildred C. (Guttendorf) D'Amico; loving sister of Patrice D'Amico, Michael (Sandra) D'Amico, Thomas (Marian) D'Amico, William (Susan) D'Amico, Joseph (Cheryl) D'Amico and Mariann D'Amico; also survived by numerous, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, uncles, cousins and friends.
