78, of Edgewood, died August 19, 2024, peacefully in her sleep at Villa St. Joseph. Mary Pat attended Sacred Heart Elementary School, graduated from Sacred Heart High School in 1963, and Duquesne University in 1967. She held several positions during her 38 years with the Pennsylvania State Employment Service.

She enjoyed gardening, crafting stained-glass items and playing tennis, golf, cards, and pickle ball. She spent vacation time in Ireland and in neighboring states. Her association with childhood friends continued to the present.

Her parents, Thomas and Anna, preceded her in death, as well as four brothers, Thomas, David, James, John, a sister, Ann, and a brother-in-law, Ed Wintermantel. Survivors include several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 216 44th Street, Lawrenceville, on Thursday, August 22, 2024 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary Magdalene Parish, St. James Church, Wilkinsburg on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
