On Friday, December 15, 2023, surrounded by her family, Marge Ionadi went home with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents Emilio and Theresa Ziccarelli, six siblings, and her loving husband of 65 years, Pat Ionadi. She is survived by daughter, Rose Imbarlina (Marco); and son, Patrick Ionadi (Constance) and preceded in death by her beloved son, Phillip. She is survived by her seven grandchildren, Maria Ballantine (Bradley), Joseph Imbarlina (Cindy), Marguerite Finch (Jeffrey), Rose Anselmino (Mathew), Patrick, Richard and Antonio Ionadi; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Ionadi was raised in Millvale with her six siblings by Italian immigrant parents who taught her the meaning of hard work and family.  In addition to raising three children, she supported the start of her husband's business venture, Pat R. Ionadi Corporation and later on served as the president of C&M Corporation.  However, she is best known as a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.  She made large Sunday dinners that brought the whole family together. Marge always knew how to laugh and enjoy the happiness in life, even when times were challenging.  Everyone who knew her commented on her great smile and loving disposition. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Friends will be received at the WALTER J. ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 216 44th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude Parish, St. Raphael Church, 1154 Chislett Streeton Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in her memory.
