Beloved mother of the late David Proctor; devoted grandmother of Miranda, Melinda and Brandon; loving partner of 25 years of Donald Franklin, Sr.; cherished daughter of the late Morris and Naurene (Tefft) Wenger; sister of James Wenger and the late MaryJane Popek, her identical twin, Joseph Wenger, Patricia Wenger and Betty Lou Sachs; also survived by nieces and nephews.
