Age 79, of Oakland, on Monday, January 1, 2024. Beloved mother of Julia K. Martin; daughter of the late Edward K. and Julia T. (McGrath) Martin; sister of Edward K. Martin, Frederick P. Martin and J. Lynn (Stephen M.) Delach; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Maggie was a retired Registered Nurse.
