Age 24, of Pleasant Hills, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, with her mother and sister by her side. Beloved daughter of Anna (Karnash) OToole and Larry (Kyrie) OToole; loving sister of Amanda (Devin) Kube; granddaughter of the late Joseph and Julia Karnash and Larry and Marlene OToole; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kelsey especially liked being in nature, hiking and tending to her garden and plants. She enjoyed putting together Botanical Legos and jigsaw puzzles with her mum. Kelsey was creative with makeup, costumes, drawing, painting and gem art crafts. She loved good food with even better company.

She cherished the time with her sister and friends getting mani and pedis and always prioritized self-care. Kelsey was an animal lover of her cats Kira and Bella, along with her dogs Smoodgie, Rigley, Dakoda and Aurora.

Per Kelsey's wishes, a celebration of her life will be held at a later date with all of her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you plant a tree in her memory or make a donation to PALS SkyHope (the company that flew her to New York to seek additional treatment).
