We mourn the passing of Joseph Paul Juliano, who died peacefully at the age of 90 on March 22, 2023. Joe was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Joe was born on October 18, 1932, in a suburb of Buffalo, NY. He was one of five children to Daniel and Rose Juliano, and a second generation Italian American. He grew up during the Great Depression where he learned the value of hard work and independence at a young age. After graduating from high school, Joe served in the United States Army during the Korean War.

After the war, Joe returned to Buffalo where he met Joan Brindle, to whom he was married for 35 years and had four children; Joe (Patty), Karen Smathers (Win), Dan (Susan), and John. He is the grandfather of Aaron (Danielle), Joey, Mike, Karley, Tommy, Lexie, Scott, Brindle, Linda, and John.

After Joan passed in 1995, Joe married Cindy Sulecki, and became the father to Melissa. Melissa is married to Steve Mathias and they have four children, Whitney, Charlie, Maggie, and Henry.

Joe had a successful career in technology and sales, where he worked for Addressograph Multigraph, GE, and eventually founded Telesis Computer Corporation. He was known for his strong work ethic, perseverance, and never taking "no" for an answer.

In his free time, Joe enjoyed cooking, working around the house, and spending time with family. He was an avid reader, traveler, and always enjoyed an evening cigar.

A Funeral Mass will be held in Joe's honor on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, in Pittsburgh, PA at 10:30 A.M. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
