Age 73, of Millvale, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Loving husband for 48 years of Phyllis J. (Kochanski) Jenca; cherished father of Jennifer M. (Brian A.) Milligan, Sr. and the late Joseph M. Jenca; proud pap of Brian, Kellie, Maximillian, and Logan Milligan; brother of Patricia (Rolf) Thiebes and Richard (Renee) Jenca.

Joseph worked for the United States Post Office for 45 years. He proudly served in the United States Navy. Joseph was passionate about the American flag.
