Age 95, of Morningside, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Beloved husband of Henrietta J. (Lawniczak) Blazer, whom he shared 68 years of marriage; cherished father of Justine (Jack) Tesauro, Karen (Joe) Somma, Tish (Andy) DeMasi and the late Kenneth (Missy) Blazer; proud pap of Ryan (Bekah), Joey (Sara), Josh (Danielle), Ashley (J.T.), Carly (Eli), Jenna (Todd), Jonathan, Lauren, Delaney, Justin, Jordan, Quinten, Vanessa and Makenna; great-pap of Sonny, Dominic, Portia, Gracie Ann, Andi Grace, Sadie, Peyton, Joei and Paxton; brother of Elizabeth Miksic; son of the late Anton and Justina Bogdan. Joseph was drafted into the Unites States Navy and served proudly. Although we are sad and miss our dad terribly, we know how fortunate we are that we had him until he was 95. Per Joseph's request, there will be no visitation.
