Age 70, of Glenshaw, on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Beloved wife of John P. Swiderski; loving daughter of the late Anthony C. and Barbara J. (Cvetnic) Ferderbar, Sr.; devoted sister of Patricia A. (Ricky) Ivanoff, Anita (Don) Gorham, Anthony C. (Kim) Ferderbar, Jr. and the late Sunny James Cvetnic; also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. JoAnn retired from Verizon with 35 years of service and was a Union Steward, taking care of union contracts and negotiations in both East Liberty and Robinson locations. She worked at Kohl's Department Store (Richland Mall) since its opening and was an active volunteer for Kohl's in their community events. JoAnn was the Vice President of the Ladies Auxiliary and an avid fundraiser with the Shaler Villa Volunteer Fire Company. She volunteered at the Harmarville Food Bank. JoAnn was very dedicated to the care of her mother later in life. Family and friends are welcomed at the WALTER J.
