Age 74, of Springdale, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Edward W. Luppe, Jr.; loving mother of Cynthia Bellin and Melanie Luppe; cherished grandmother of Timothy Bellin, Alyssa Bellin, Alison Backfisch, Randy McKee, Shane McKee and Domenic Bellin; dear sister of David Piet; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Joan was artistic with drawing and loved to cook.
