Age 45, of Lawrenceville, PA. It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Jeffrey on Thursday, March 24, 2022. Loving father of Braden and Gracie; partner of Megan Quinn; son of Karen and Jeff Farrell; brother of Sheehan (DJ Hough). Jeffrey is finally at peace after a lifelong battle with addiction.
