Age 100, of Bloomfield, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, was born in Terrati, Italy in the province of Cosenza. Beloved wife of the late Frank Scanga; loving mother of Nicola Buffone; nana of Josie (Zac) Craig; great-nana of Austin, Joseph, Sophie, Sarah and Jacob; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Giuseppina was the former owner of Mamma Pina Pizzeria in Downtown Pittsburgh at Forbes Avenue at Market Square.
