FRANCO RICCI
Age 88, of Bloomfield, formerly of Ateleta, Italy, on Monday, July 24, 2023, peacefully surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of 61 years to Angela G. (Petrilli) Ricci; loving father of Maria (Steven) Staub and Frank G. (Robin) Ricci; devoted Tatone of Sophia Staub, Angela Staub, Jonah Ricci and Nolan Ricci; son of the late Alfredo and Mariangela (Ranallo) Ricci; brother of Marta Ersilia (the late Derige Gino) Ciotola, Nicolino (Rose) Ricci and the late Pasqualino (surviving wife Theresa) Ricci; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Franco immigrated to Pittsburgh from Italy in 1958. He was a long time member of Immaculate Conception Church and the Ateleta Beneficial Association, both located in Bloomfield. Franco enjoyed playing Bocce, making wine and was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan. His greatest pleasure in life was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Franco's final wish was for his family to love and care for each other.
