Czartorski, Paul (Nancy) Czartorski, Brian (Kim) Czartorski, the late Patricia "Patti" and her husband Dennis Jiansante and Theresa M. "Terri" Czartorski; cherished grandmother of Tina (the late Brian Shaul) Jiansante, Louis Jiansante, Dennis Jiansante, Thomas S. (Anna) Czartorski, II, Austin Czartorski, Keely (Michael) Crimando, Paul (Alexis) Czartorski, Jr., Lily Belle Czartorski and Maizy Czartorski; devoted great-grandmother of Jordan, Taylor, Brian, Riley, Mia, Ripley and Dennee; also survived by great-great grandchildren; preceded in death by her parents, brothers and sisters; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
