Cooper; loving mother of Carol (Jeffrey) Bell, the late William (surviving wife Mary) Cooper and Karl (surviving wife Michelle) Cooper; devoted Gram of Jeffrey Bell, Jr., Edith (Paul) Boyce, Kayla Bell, Crystal Cooper, William Cooper, Jr., Mackenzie Bell, Briaunna Bell and the late Jessica Brown; survived by many great-grandchildren; daughter of the late William and Dorothy (Fehl) Wellhausen; sister of the late Gretchen Wiktorzewski, Marilyn Yobst, Deborah Gatti and Butch Wellhausen; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
