On Saturday, February 5, 2022, Donald McNeil, IV passed away peacefully. Beloved husband of the late Paula McNeil (Schaum); father of Chelsea (McNeil) (Michael) Dories. Son of the late Donald and Dolores McNeil; beloved brother of Peggy McNeil (Bernie Salsbery); cousin of Pam (Wasielewski) Lowery, Michael, Danielle and Michael Lowery, Cathy (Richard) Kurzenknabe, Therse (Mark) Houghton, the late Richard (Ann) Glancy and Paul (Sandra) Glancy of Frederckserg, Virginia. Donald graduated from Central High School. He was an avid Steelers fan. Donald will be missed by many extended family and friends.
