(Conner) Szwaczkowski and Samuel J. (Kylie) Szwaczkowski; son of the late Joseph and Cecelia (Bogdan) Szwaczkowski; brother of Janet (Kenneth) Barkovich, Bruce Szwaczkowski, the late Brian Szwaczkowski and Joseph Szwaczkowski; also survived by nieces and nephews.
