Age 82, of Fox Chapel, PA passed away on October 15, 2022. He was the beloved husband and best friend of 59 and a half years to Linda R. Smith. He is survived by his brother, William L. Smith (June), as well as many precious nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He also leaves behind his fur babies, Mona Lisa and Patches. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sonja L. Smith, and brother, Dr. Gary D. Smith (Saundra).

Born December 4, 1939 in Pikeville, KY, he was the son of Lossie G .Smith and Zella Breeding Smith. He graduated from Pikeville (KY) High School, the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy, and Logan College of Chiropractic. He was a chiropractor for 55 years with a practice in Bloomfield, PA. He continued to practice chiropractic part time in retirement until the day of his death.

Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of one's choice.
