Of Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, passed away on November 17th at the age of 76. He was born on April 7, 1947 to the late Regis and Virginia (Kennedy) McGinnis. He is preceded in death by his two brothers, Gerald and Ronald McGinnis. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Kyzer, and many nieces and nephews.

Dale was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a lifelong member of the VFW and Nied's Hotel and Bar, where friends made, became family.

Dale will be buried with full military honors on Monday, December 4th at 10 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, followed by a celebration of his life at the Spirit Lounge in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania. Friends and family are encouraged to attend.
