Of Brookline, age 80, passed away surrounded by the love of her grandchildren, daughter, son-in-law, and husband. Christine was preceded in death by her mother, Genevieve Kupras, her dear father, Anthony Kupras, and her beloved sister, Antoinette Paciorek.  Christine is survived by her husband Jan (John), with whom she shared 51 years of devoted marriage, and her sister, Helen Vuketich (Richard).  Christine also is survived by her close friends Kay, Terri, and Jim.

Christine was a loving mother to Tina and a caring mother-in-law to Chris. She was an adored grandmother to Evalina, Elleanora, and Lorenzo. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she showered them with a love that only a grandmother can.

A devout follower of the Catholic faith and parishioner of Resurrection Church in Brookline, Christine's spiritual devotion was a cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and inspiring those around her.

In the springtime, Christine planted flowers throughout her yard. Her friends and neighbors often noted that it was like having a Phipps Conservatory in Brookline.

Born in Poland, Christine spent most of her adult life in Brookline.  She was a loyal employee of the American Textile Company in Duquesne for 46 years.

Christine received much love, care, and support from the wonderful staff of both Whitehall Borough Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Overlook Green Senior Living.

Christine's legacy is one of nurturing care and unwavering faith. She will be missed by all who knew her, leaving behind memories that will bloom forever in the gardens of our hearts.

Services for Christine will be handled by WALTER J. ZALEWSKI FUNERAL HOMES, INC. and will be private.
