Age 86, of the Strip District, at home surrounded by her devoted family, passed peacefully, on Monday, February 22, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Emanuele J. "Amo" Rossi; loving mother of Gene (Eileen) Rossi, John Rossi, Christi Lipinski, David (Brandy) Rossi and the late Amy Suzanne Rossi; devoted grandmother of Jennifer (Ben) Gebrosky, Stephen (April) Rossi, Jessica Rossi, Brayden Rossi, Jimmy Lipinski, Andrew (Caitlin) Lipinski, Xander Rossi and Vinny Rossi; cherished great-grandmother of Chloe and Charlotte Gebrosky; sister of the late Madeline Manno, Mildred (Benjamin) Huber, John Ceoffe and Anthony (Mary Ann) Ceoffe; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Catherine was born and raised in the Strip District and was the last of her generation to reside at the 2500 block of Penn Avenue. With her caring and devoted nature, she was always sharing her wealth of knowledge and compassion, truly making her the matriarch of her family. Family and friends are welcomed at the WALTER J.
