Lifelong resident of Friendship and Pacific, passed after a long battle with health issues. Loving and devoted father of Alan Jacob and Harley Katarina; son of the late Paul and Frances (Kelly) Rahuba; brother of Pat (Marianne), Brian and the late Mike (Jane); uncle of Patrick, Lauren, Adam, Zachary and his favorite furry friend Tobias; great-uncle of Gracie.

Alan was a house painter extraordinaire who expertly painted many of the older ornate, gingerbread type homes in the Friendship District and surrounding areas. He was especially noted for his colorful gift of gab and would talk your ears off given half the chance. Alan was an avid Steeler and Penguin fan who had season tickets for many years.
